Advertising disclosure for this install guide: contextual ads or partner slots may appear when enabled in config. They do not change winget ids or GitHub asset names.
What ads may do
When enabled, ad scripts can set cookies according to the network. Install commands, release filenames, and safety claims stay under editorial control. Partner slots never rewrite the PackageIdentifier or the win64 zip pattern.
- Ads off by default until live config turns them on.
- Editorial copy is written before any ad call runs.
- Readers can still follow GitHub Releases without clicking an ad.
Corrections
If a slot looks like it is promoting a fake installer, report it via contact. We treat spoofed download funnels as a factual error.
